Tsinandali Estate Villas

Tsinandali Estate Villas is a distinctive residential project situated within the Tsinandali Estate, where Georgia's architectural heritage seamlessly blends with modern comfort and a unique winemaking experience.

Residents of the villas will have the opportunity to become part of the historical legacy established by Alexander Chavchavadze, including the Chavchavadze Historical Museum, the wine cellar, and the beautiful Tsinandali Garden. They will also have full access to all services and infrastructure of the 5-star Radisson Collection Hotel, including the pool, gym, tennis and padel courts, concierge services, maintenance of private gardens and pools, and culinary and cultural events.

The architectural design of the project was developed by the Georgian architectural company Midamo, while the interior concept was created by the renowned Georgian sculptor and designer Tamar Kvesitadze. One villa represents a wooden residential building constructed with 19th-century architectural materials and decorative elements, while the other is a brick villa, offering a modern interpretation of 20th-century Georgian architecture.

Silk Development offers villa owners a unique experience in the region—wine enthusiasts will have the chance to participate in the harvest in the estate's vineyards and receive wine bottled in their own name. The villas are not only living spaces but also a unique opportunity to become part of Georgian culture and the history of Tsinandali.
