Silk Towers unites premium apartments, a high-class hotel, multifunctional space for events, commercial spaces and café-restaurants, a yacht club of modern standards, sports and health facilities such as gyms, pools, spa, padel, and a recreation area, covering over 2 hectares space. Such an impressive complex is in the central part of the city: from one side, it over looks the unique coastline and Boulevard of Batumi, and from the other - the historical part of the city and the mountainous region of Adjara.

 The world-renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma's design studio is working on the design and concept of the first phase of the project. Kengo Kuma is known for his "natural architecture", which creates different, renewed connections between nature, technology, and people. His company's vision acknowl edges sustainable architecture, that is, focusing on the usage of natural materials and integrating them harmoniously with the environment.
